These Latte printed eco pads are part-made with recycled materials, and our Light size holds up to two times more blood than a disposable mini tampon.

We've created these reusable menstrual pads with a slimline and contoured shape to fit your body for comfortable wear.

Designed to last for around ten years, or about 150 washes, these reusable and washable period pads will help turn your cycle full circle.
How do I clean my NORA pad?

Give them a rinse in cold water after use and store them until ready to wash.

Wash within 48 hours and use enzyme-free laundry detergent for best results. No softener please :) Air-dry or tumble-dry low.
How do I use my NORA pads?

How to Use:

Place the pad tab-side down into the gusset of your underwear and snap securely around it. The soft honeycomb texture should face your skin.

To Remove & Store On the Go:

Unsnap the pad, fold it in thirds with the used side in, and use the elastic band to keep it secure. This makes for easy, mess-free storage until you get home.
