Refund policy

Please note – NORA Period Cups are not eligible for return for refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

All returns should be sent to the address below and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning an item over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

NORA Period Pants 

You can exchange for a different size for free up to 30 days after purchase.  

Any pants returned MUST be unworn and unwashed with the hygiene band still in place. Please therefore ensure your new pants are tried on OVER clothing before the fem strip is removed. 

Please note this applies to ONE opened pair ONLY in an order. Any other pants to be exchanged for a different size MUST be unopened and unworn with the hygiene band still in place. 

If there is a fault with the product, we will replace the faulty piece with a replacement of the same type once our team have checked and verified the fault. 

Any faulty pants returned MUST be in a washed state. We will not accept any returns on products returned clearly used/ dirty. If you have experienced a fault with your NORA pants, please contact info@NORA.com to discuss the issue and return. 

NORA Reusable Pads

NORA pads can be exchanged or refunded if in an unused state and still in the original packaging.

Returns are accepted for a period of 30 days from dispatch. Returns received after this period will not be processed.

If there is a fault with the product, the specific item will be replaced once our team has checked and verified the fault.

Any faulty products returned should be in a clean state. Products returned clearly used and / or soiled will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged/ Faulty goods

We pride ourselves in ensuring all NORA products are sent out in perfect condition; however, in the rare event that you have received a faulty item, we will work to resolve the problem immediately. 

Please send an email to hello@livebynora.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The name of the item that is damaged.
  • A description of the damage.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage.

If your parcel was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and keep photographic evidence of this.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
