How to Care for Your NORA Disc
Before First Use
Before first use and between cycles, boil your disc in water for 3–5 minutes to sterilize.
Allow the disc to cool completely before handling.
Wash Your Hands & Disc
Wash your hands and clean your disc with warm water and mild soap or cleanser before insertion.
Step 1
Pinch the rim together to create a narrow figure-eight shape.
Step 2
Relax your pelvic muscles and find a comfortable position such as sitting or squatting.
Insert the disc into your vaginal canal with the ring-side out. Guide the disc downward and back toward your tailbone.
Step 3
Use a clean finger to tuck the front rim securely behind your pubic bone.
This helps keep the disc comfortably in place beneath your cervix.
Step 4
our NORA Ring Disc can be worn for up to 12 hours before emptying.
When inserted correctly, the disc should not be felt.
How to Remove
Wash your hands and relax your pelvic muscles before removal.
Hook a finger through the removal ring and gently pull the disc out while keeping it level.
Empty contents into the toilet, rinse thoroughly, and reinsert or clean after use.
Cleaning & Care
Wash with warm water and mild soap between uses.
Sterilize your disc between cycles and store it in a clean, dry place.
