These eco pads are part-made with recycled materials, and this Light size holds up to two times more blood than a disposable mini tampon.

We've given these black reusable menstrual pads a slimline design and contoured shape to fit your body for comfortable wear. Proof that black really does go with absolutely everything!

And what's more, these are reusable and washable period pads designed to last for around ten years - that's about 150 washes - turning your cycle full circle.

How to Use:

Place the pad tab-side down into the gusset of your underwear and snap securely around it. The soft honeycomb texture should face your skin.

To Remove & Store On the Go:

Unsnap the pad, fold it in thirds with the used side in, and use the elastic band to keep it secure. This makes for easy, mess-free storage until you get home.

Give them a rinse in cold water after use and store them until ready to wash.

Wash within 48 hours, and use enzyme-free laundry detergent for best results. Please no fabric softener :) Air dry or tumble-dry low.

Give them a rinse in cold water after use, fold in 3 and secure with elastic and store them in your pad bag if out and about.

Unfold when home and throw in wash basket until ready to wash.

Best to wash within 48 hours of use.

For best results use a non-bio laundry powder. Do not use fabric conditioners or harsh stain removers as these can reduce the absorbency over time.

Can be tumble dried on a low setting but we recommend you don't do this every time as this can damage the waterproof layer.

How long can you wear a reusable period pad for?

We recommend changing your pad every 4-6 hours, but feel free to wear them as long as you like. Only you know your flow.

If you are new to reusables or have a very heavy flow you might want to change it more regularly.

No. Smell usually comes from a build-up of bacteria. So make sure you rinse your pad as soon as you can after use.

In testing *, NORA pads showed 95% odour reduction and 99% reduction in bacterial growth.
